I take responsibility for the full user's journey — from understanding the initial problem to delivering ready-to-build solutions. I combine research, structure, interaction, and detail into one cohesive experience. I see design as a system that needs to work together seamlessly.

I'm a system-thinker and like crafting pixel-perfect components that all play well together and allow products to scale. Consistency, scalability, and clarity matter to me. Whether contributing to an existing design system or refining patterns, I believe the best design systems are flexible and adaptable, and they grow with brands. In a recent contract engagement, I built the token architecture for a custom brand nested inside a multilevel system, operationalised across three linked brands — using a Claude-in-Figma workflow to test naming and hierarchy variations before committing, so decisions held up consistently across all three rather than breaking downstream.

Rather than relying on static screens, I design flows that simulate real product behaviour,
allowing teams to test assumptions, validate interactions, and uncover edge cases before development.
I work extensively in Figma, paired with a custom Claude-in-Figma workflow and Figma Make to explore variations, accelerate iteration, and refine user flows efficiently. I use AI to speed up exploration and production, not to make the calls — the judgment stays mine.

I believe strong products are built through close collaboration. I work closely with product and engineering to align on constraints, priorities, and technical feasibility early on — not just at handover.
I value clarity in communication, constructive critique, and iteration grounded in real user feedback.

I approach user testing as a decision-making tool. Rather than defaulting to one method,
I choose the type of test based on the specific problem we’re trying to solve — whether that’s moderated usability sessions for complex workflows, lightweight prototype testing for interaction validation, or quick feedback loops to compare design directions.
I observe behaviours over opinions, and translate findings into clear, actionable improvements.
Testing, for me, is about reducing uncertainty and ensuring we’re solving the right problem.
